印度大国之路的两难困境

【摘要】：印度自独立以来,就坚持不懈地为实现大国地位而努力。在联合国2015年后发展议程的全球讨论中,印度从发展中国家的立场出发,积极捍卫发展中国家的利益。但另一方面,印度反对承担明确的发展援助义务帮助其他发展中国家的发展,在全球伙伴关系建设方面的政策主张和实际努力都远低于国际社会的期望。这反映出该国外交政策的矛盾心态和大国之路的两难困境。
[Abstract]:Since its independence, India has worked tirelessly to achieve the status of a major power. In the global discussions on the United Nations development agenda after 2015, India actively defended the interests of developing countries from the standpoint of developing countries... but on the other hand, India is opposed to undertaking clear development assistance obligations to assist the development of other developing countries, Policy advocacy and practical efforts in building global partnerships are well below the expectations of the international community. This reflects the ambivalence of the country's foreign policy and the dilemma of the path of a major power.
