日本修正出入境管理法吸引外国尖端人才

【摘要】：正据日本共同社网站,日本政府在3月11日的内阁会议上通过了《出入境管理及难民认定法》修正案,其中一项重要变化是将IT、医疗等领域具备高学历高技术的外国人,获得在日永久居住权所需在留时间从5年缩短到了3年。随着国际人才争夺战日益激烈,日本政府计划通过创设新的签证吸引外国尖端人才定居日本。
[Abstract]:Is according to Japan's Kyodo news website, the Japanese government passed the immigration control and refugee law amendment in the March 11th cabinet meeting, one of the most important change is the IT, foreigners, medical and other fields with high level of education and high technology, to obtain permanent residence required in time from 5 years to 3 right in the day. As the International Year of the war for talent is becoming increasingly fierce, the Japanese government plans to attract foreign talents lived in Japan through the creation of a new visa.
