越南政治革新及给予我国的启示

【摘要】：中越两国在政治领域具有许多可以互相学习的地方。近年来,越南在政治革新领域取得了很大进步。在某些领域,越南已经走在了中国前面。本文分析了越南政治革新的背景,并将越南政治革新的进程划分为三个阶段。通过分析越南政治革新的现状,试图寻找出能够给予我国的启示。目前,中国的政治体制改革面临着重重阻力。对于我国政治领域内某些改革缓慢的现实,国内最容易搬出来的借口便是现阶段这些改革不符合特殊国情的需要。然而,从越南政治革新的成效来看,我们不能以特殊国情逃避政治体制改革的主题,而应该勇于面对政治体制改革中存在的挑战。其次,政治体制改革的目的应该是让人民获得更多的政治利益,使人民在分享了多年的经济成果之后,也能够享受到政治利益的成果。
[Abstract]:China and Vietnam have many things to learn from each other in the political field. In recent years, Vietnam has made great progress in the field of political innovation. In some areas, Vietnam has been ahead of China. The process of political innovation in Vietnam is divided into three stages, and by analyzing the present situation of political innovation in Vietnam, the author tries to find out the enlightenment that can be given to our country. At present, China's reform of the political system is facing heavy resistance. For the reality of some slow reforms in the political field of our country, the most easy excuse in China is that these reforms do not meet the needs of the special national conditions at this stage. From the point of view of the effectiveness of Vietnam's political reform, we should not evade the theme of political system reform with our special national conditions, but should be brave enough to face the challenges existing in the reform of the political system. Secondly, The purpose of the political system reform should be to make the people gain more political benefits, so that after sharing the economic achievements for many years, the people can also enjoy the political benefits.
