从问题教学到问题意识培养——“公共政策分析”课堂教学方法改革

【摘要】:公共政策分析课程是相关专业的核心课程,具有本土化程度不高、实践应用性强、价值导向重要等特点,应当根据其特点适用改良后的问题教学法,即增加问题意识培养的导向性。本次课堂教学改革便是以该教学法为指导,以"问题"组织课堂活动,建设学生主体的民主课堂,贯彻"从问题到问题"的准则,构建完善的"问题链",拓展学生思考能力的深度和广度,按目标分阶段地推进革新措施。下一步改革将以此次改革为基础,提高学生综合素质,培养他们的终身学习能力。
[Abstract]:The curriculum of public policy analysis is the core course of the relevant major. It has the characteristics of low localization, strong practical application and important value orientation. The improved problem teaching method should be applied according to its characteristics.That is, to increase the orientation of the cultivation of problem awareness.This classroom teaching reform is guided by the teaching method, organizes classroom activities with "problem", builds democratic classroom of students' main body, and implements the criterion of "from problem to problem".Construct perfect "problem chain", expand the depth and breadth of students' thinking ability, push forward innovation measures step by step according to goal.The next reform will be based on this reform to improve students' comprehensive quality and develop their lifelong learning ability.
