【摘要】：发展型国家是解读东亚经济奇迹的一种主导范式,这一概念在理论层面上可以区分为核心要件与辅助要件。核心要件是发展型国家作为一种政治经济范式的内核,它是将发展型国家与其他政府—市场关系类型区别开来的关键因素。辅助要件是有助于核心要件取得实效的结构性因素,包括高度的国家自主性与强大的国家基础权力。对发展型国家核心要件与辅助要件的分析有助于解决发展型国家理论内部的争议,也是正确评价和借鉴东亚发展型国家经验的基础。
[Abstract]:The developmental state is a leading paradigm for interpreting the economic miracle of East Asia, which can be divided into core elements and auxiliary elements in theory.The core element is the developmental state as the kernel of a political and economic paradigm, which is the key factor that distinguishes the developmental state from other types of government-market relations.Auxiliary elements are the structural factors that contribute to the effectiveness of the core elements, including a high degree of national autonomy and strong state basic power.The analysis of the core and auxiliary elements of the developmental state helps to resolve the disputes within the theory of the developmental state and is also the basis for correctly evaluating and drawing lessons from the experience of the developing state in East Asia.
