杰克逊总统与美国联邦政府腐败之缘起

【摘要】：美国从早期"绅士政府"向中期杰克逊"大众政府"过渡时期,其政治体制和治理模式出现了一定程度的转变,这种转变有其负面意义。杰克逊"大众政府"下的政党政治兴起和"政党分赃制"的盛行与19世纪中后期美国联邦政府的官场乱象和官场腐败的产生有着密不可分的关系。挖掘19世纪中后期美国联邦政府官场乱象和政治腐败产生的根源,可以深化对美国政党制度和政府体制的理解和认识。
[Abstract]:During the transition period from the early "gentleman government" to the middle Jackson "popular government", the political system and the mode of governance of the United States changed to a certain extent, which had its negative significance. The rise of political party under Jackson's "popular government" and the prevalence of "party partitioning system" are closely related to the chaos of the federal government and the emergence of corruption in the United States in the middle and late 19th century. It is possible to deepen the understanding and understanding of the American political party system and government system by digging into the root causes of the chaos and corruption of the United States federal government in the middle and late 19th century.
