【摘要】：2008年普京任期届满之后,梅德韦杰夫被推举为总统候选人,普京出任国家总理和“统一俄罗斯”党主席双重职务,由此“梅普组合”正式形成。“梅普组合”在政治、经济和军事方面都对俄罗斯社会产生了深远的影响,因此对“梅普组合”进行价值分析具有重要的政治意义。对普京道路的理论基础及实践成效进行了研究。讨论了普京道路形成的社会历史条件,客观分析普京道路形成的各种影响因素。分析了普京道路的内涵和特点,说明普京道路对俄罗斯发展的重要性。探索了普京道路形成的理论基础,介绍了欧亚、西方及第三世界各种思想对普京道路思想形成的影响。最后介绍了普京道路在政治、经济及外交上取得的绩效。分析了“梅普组合”产生的国内背景,详细阐述“梅普组合”产生的过程及各种影响因素。“梅普组合”是普京道路的延续,作为俄罗斯新思想,其也具有有效的理论基础和新颖的特点。因此“梅普组合”是保证俄罗斯继续普京道路的保障,对俄罗斯的继续发展用重要意义。 “梅普组合”对俄罗斯社会具有深远的影响,充分体现在政治运行机制方面、经济方面、外交方面。同时“梅普组合”在运行的过程中不可避免的会遇到种种问题和挑战,这些不稳定的因素也影响着俄罗斯的稳定发展。通过对其全面的分析研究,详细的展现了“梅普组合”对俄罗斯发展的影响。最后对“梅普组合”进行了价值分析和未来展望,提出了“梅普组合”未来发展的不同道路,探索合适俄罗斯发展的新途径。通过对普京道路的研究,阐述了“梅普组合”形成的背景条件。然后对“梅普组合”的形成、发展和未来展望进行了研究,详细阐述了“梅普组合”的价值及对俄罗斯发展的影响。所做的研究对了解俄罗斯的发展,借鉴其发展经验具有重要实践意义。
[Abstract]:After the expiration of Putin's term in 2008, Medvedev was nominated as a presidential candidate, and Putin became prime minister and president of the "United Russia" party. The "Mayp combination" has exerted a profound influence on the Russian society in political, economic and military aspects, so it is of great political significance to analyze the value of the "Mayp combination". This paper studies the theoretical basis and practical effect of Putin's road. This paper discusses the social and historical conditions for the formation of Putin's road, and analyzes objectively the various influencing factors of the formation of Putin's road. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of Putin's road, and explains the importance of Putin's road to Russia's development. This paper explores the theoretical basis of the formation of Putin's road, and introduces the influence of various ideas of Eurasia, the West and the third World on the formation of Putin's road thought. Finally, it introduces the achievements of Putin's road in politics, economy and diplomacy. This paper analyzes on the domestic background of the emergence of "Mup combination", and expounds in detail the process of "Mup combination" and all kinds of influencing factors. The Mayp combination is a continuation of Putin's path. As a new Russian thought, it also has an effective theoretical basis and novel characteristics. Therefore, the "Mayp combination" is the guarantee of Russia's continuing Putin path, and is of great significance to Russia's continued development. The Mayp combination has a profound influence on Russian society, which is fully reflected in the aspects of political operation mechanism, economy and diplomacy. At the same time, the Mayp combination will inevitably encounter various problems and challenges in the process of operation, these unstable factors also affect the stable development of Russia. Through the comprehensive analysis and research, it shows in detail the impact of the "Mup combination" on the development of Russia. Finally, the value analysis and future prospect of the "Mup combination" are carried out, and the different ways of the future development of the "Mepp combination" are put forward, and the new ways to suit the development of Russia are explored. Based on the study of Putin's path, the background conditions of the formation of the "Mayp combination" are expounded. Then, the formation, development and future prospect of the "Mayp combination" are studied, and the value of the "Mayp combination" and its influence on the development of Russia are expounded in detail. The research has important practical significance to understand the development of Russia and draw lessons from its development experience.
