美国生物识别对中国的启示

【摘要】：[目的/意义]生物识别在安全和反恐中具有重要地位。美国将生物识别置于战略安全层面,通过国家立法和政策推进,建立了庞大复杂的生物识别体系。研究美国生物识别经验对于中国相关领域的建设和反恐安全具有重要意义。[方法/过程]通过研究美国发展生物识别的制度顶层设计,实现生物识别多元体系兼容的方法,以及对于打通美国庞杂情报体系之间的情报共享和信息兼容的影响,充分了解美国建立生物识别体系的关键和症结。[结果/结论]中国的生物识别还处于起步阶段,我们可以充分吸收美国的经验,建立中国的生物识别体系之网,为中国的国土安全和国家安全建立一道坚实的屏障。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance biometrics play an important role in security and anti-terrorism. The United States puts biometrics at the level of strategic security and establishes a huge and complex biometric system through national legislation and policies. The study of American biometrics experience is of great significance to the construction of China's related fields and anti-terrorism security. [methods / processes] by studying the top-level design of biometric systems for the development of biometrics in the United States, the method of achieving compatibility of biometric multivariate systems, and the impact on information sharing and information compatibility among the numerous and complex intelligence systems in the United States, Fully understand the key to the establishment of a biometric system in the United States and the crux of the problem. [results / conclusion] China's biometrics is still in its infancy, and we can fully absorb the experience of the United States, establish a network of Chinese biometric systems, and build a solid barrier for China's homeland security and national security.
