【摘要】：2008年3月14日,委内瑞拉统一社会主义党正式宣告成立,总统查韦斯当选为党的主席。2009年底和2010年初,该党召开第一次特别代表大会(即"二大"),通过了党的原则声明、党章和党的基本纲领,查韦斯连选连任党的主席。2014年7月26—31日,该党召开"三大"。"三大"是在党的主席和总统查韦斯去世后召开的。大会维护了党和国家的团结,确立了党和国家将坚持查韦斯确定的基本方针、路线,继续奉行查韦斯主张的玻利瓦尔社会主义革命。该党现有党员760万,为拉美第二大执政党和南美洲第一大党。目前,由于国际油价持续下降,致使委内瑞拉经济形势恶化,委内瑞拉统一社会主义党目前面临着不少挑战和问题。
[Abstract]:In March 14, 2008, the Venezuelan unified socialist party was formally announced, President Chavez was elected as the chairman of the party at the end of.2009 and early 2010. The party convened the first special Congress (the "two major"), which passed the party's principles statement, the party constitution and the party's basic programme, and Chavez's election to the party's chairman from 26 to 31 on July.
