八国集团对非洲关系的机制化分析

【摘要】：八国集团是由西方主导的全球治理机制,在其创立初期就建立了与非洲的关系。此后这种关系不断得到机制化,主要表现在对非联系的常态化、对非议题设置的进程化和对非机构的建设和完善三个方面。这三个方面表现为一种递进关系,为未来双方更加务实关系的建立提供了基础。
[Abstract]:The G8, a western-dominated global governance mechanism, established relations with Africa in its early days. Since then, this relationship has been constantly institutionalized, mainly in the following three aspects: the normalization of non-connection, the process of non-topic setting, and the construction and improvement of non-organization. These three aspects are shown as a progressive relationship, which provides a basis for the establishment of a more pragmatic relationship between the two sides in the future.
