日本政府软实力建设观察

【摘要】：21世纪是世界各国软实力较量的时代,即以文化力量为中心的时代。在这个时代,单凭军事和经济等硬实力的支撑已难以傲视群雄,优秀的传统文化、独特的价值观、与自然协调的精神力量发挥着越来越巨大的作用。日本推进的国家软实力战略,呼唤着我国的学者和国家政策制定者从我国国情出发,站在发展中国家和一个大国复兴阶段实现"中国梦"的立场上,对我国如何提升软实力进行再思考。
[Abstract]:The 21 st century is the era of soft power contest in the world, that is, the era of cultural power as the center. In this era, the support of military and economic and other hard strength has been difficult to excel, excellent traditional culture, unique values, and the spirit of harmony with nature play a more and more important role. The national soft power strategy promoted by Japan calls on Chinese scholars and national policy makers to stand on the stand of realizing "Chinese Dream" in the stage of renaissance of developing countries and a big country from the point of view of China's national conditions. To our country how to enhance the soft power to carry on the reconsideration.
