政府在葡萄酒行业发展中的角色分析——以葡萄牙为例

【摘要】：葡萄酒行业的有序发展需要政府的支持与监督。葡萄牙的葡萄种植与酒业贸易历史悠久,政府很早建立起国家与地区两级葡萄酒管理体系。葡萄酒贸易与旅游机构同时也在发挥积极作用。中国政府应当借鉴葡萄牙萄酒业的发展经验,尽快建立权威的监管体系与专业的服务体系,为未来葡萄酒出口奠定基础。
[Abstract]:The orderly development of wine industry needs the support and supervision of the government. Portugal has a long history of grape planting and wine trade, and the government has long established a national and regional wine management system. Wine trading and tourism agencies are also playing an active role. The Chinese government should draw lessons from the development experience of Portuguese wine industry and establish an authoritative regulatory system and a professional service system as soon as possible to lay the foundation for future wine export.
