全球化时代的人口迁移与政策研究

【摘要】：近年来,在许多国家以及重要的国际争论中,移民问题日益成为政治问题,并因此引起各输入国政府和社会公众的广泛关注,逐渐成为一个突出的国际热点。但是,对于新型国际人口迁移在理论上如何做出解释,目前还没有一个单独的统一的国际移民理论,只有一些大部分是独立发展的零碎的理论。通过研究国际移民的历史与现状及梳理国际移民理论可以发现,用"中心—边缘"的国际迁移理论来解释当今大规模的国际人口迁移现象,用多学科的研究方法对国际移民政策进行研究,是比较有说服力的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in many countries and important international debates, the issue of migration has increasingly become a political issue, which has attracted the attention of the governments and the public of various importing countries, and has gradually become a prominent international hot spot. However, there is not a single unified theory of international migration, but only some parts of the theory of independent development to explain how to explain the new type of international population migration in theory. By studying the history and present situation of international migration and combing the theory of international migration, we can find that the "center-edge" theory of international migration is used to explain the phenomenon of large-scale international migration. It is more persuasive to study international migration policy with multi-disciplinary research methods.
