【摘要】：正国家治理具有顺应于历史情境的结构性维度和特点,不同时期的治理有着不同的内涵,同一时期不同国家对于治理的价值判断、制度设计等也不尽相同。鉴于此,世界上许多国家进行了一些尝试,在长期的实践过程中,他们形成了具有一定特色的治理模式,既积累了较为丰富的经验,也留下了深刻的教训。德国国家治理模式的特点两德统一后,德国社会发展可谓困难重重,
[Abstract]:The governance of the positive state has the structural dimension and characteristics adapted to the historical situation. The governance of different periods has different connotations, and the value judgment and system design of governance are different in different countries in the same period. In view of this, many countries in the world have made some attempts, in the long-term practice process, they have formed a governance model with certain characteristics, not only accumulated rich experience, but also left a profound lesson.
