在革新中寻求富强：统一后越南现代化的路径选择与实践研究

【摘要】：自从1975年实现南北统一以来，现代化事业成为越南党和人民共同奋斗的目标。论文从统一初期的越南社会经济状况入手，以越南革新为主线，通过历史和现实的双重角度来考察统一后越南现代化建设的实践内容和成效。本文认为，同其他后发展国家一样，统一后越南现代化事业也存在一个路径选择问题，在实践经验、政治因素以及国际大环境的制约下，，越南现代化建设的道路选择是一个充满曲折的过程。上世纪80年代革新道路的最终被采用，标志着越南领导人对现代化和国家发展战略的认识进一步向理性化和现实性转变。作为实现国家现代化目标的根本途径，越南的革新是一个包含经济、政治、社会的全面实践，也是一个不断开放和面向世界、不断探索和学习的过程。实践表明，经过20年的革新，越南这个印度支那半岛国家正在迅速崛起，正逐渐成为发展中国家现代化建设的又一成功典范。
[Abstract]:Since the unification of North and South in 1975, the cause of modernization has become the common goal of the Vietnamese Party and people. This paper begins with the initial stage of the unification of Vietnam's social and economic situation, taking the Vietnamese innovation as the main line, and examines the practical content and effect of Vietnam's modernization construction after reunification from the perspective of history and reality. This paper holds that, like other post-developing countries, there is also a path choice problem in the cause of modernization of Vietnam after reunification, which is restricted by practical experience, political factors and the international environment. The road choice of Vietnam's modernization construction is full of twists and turns. The eventual adoption of the innovation path in the 1980s marked a further shift in Vietnamese leaders' understanding of modernization and national development strategies towards rationalisation and reality. As a fundamental way to realize the goal of national modernization, Vietnam's innovation is a comprehensive practice of economy, politics and society, and is also a process of continuous opening and facing the world, exploring and learning. Practice shows that after 20 years of innovation, Vietnam, the Indochina Peninsula country, is rising rapidly and is gradually becoming another successful example of modernization in developing countries.
