越南社会主义发展模式研究

【摘要】：把马克思主义普遍原理与本国具体国情相结合,寻找符合时代特征、具有本国特色的社会主义发展道路和模式,已成为当代世界社会主义发展的一大潮流。通过对越南社会主义发展模式进行研究,总结其模式探索的经验教训,可以为人们正确理解和把握“特色社会主义”的内涵和真谛,把握社会主义发展的一般规律和特殊规律,找到社会主义在各国的生长点,提供某些具有启发意义的、有价值的东西。本文坚持历史唯物主义的科学态度和全面联系的唯物辩证的方法,从越南所处的客观环境出发,对越南社会主义发展模式的主要构成因素和基本内容进行系统的考察。首先对越南传统社会主义发展模式进行简要回顾,旨在说明越南何以走上现代的社会主义发展模式,随后对越南现代的社会主义发展模式主要内容进行详细的阐述,在此基础上,对越南社会主义发展模式进行经验的总结、特征的概括、效果的评价及未来的展望。依据上述逻辑结构,本文主要包括以下六个方面的内容：第一部分为绪论。阐述了论文选题的缘由和进行该项研究的意义,总结了越南相关研究的现状。为了避免产生误解,对文章中相关概念：模式、社会主义发展模式进行厘清,从科学社会主义专业术语的角度研究越南社会主义发展模式,即以实现社会主义现代化为发展目标,以社会主义理论为指导,在共产党的领导下,在建设社会主义道路中而形成的政治、经济、文化、外交体制。指出了本文的研究方法及论文结构。第二部分为越南传统的社会主义发展模式的回眸。以1954年越南北方独立为界限,从历史的角度对越南革新前的传统社会主义发展模式进行简要的回顾。首先,阐述了越南走向传统社会主义发展模式的历史的起点(1858-1954年),试图说明越南为什么会选择社会主义,走向传统的社会主义发展模式；然后对越南传统的社会主义发展模式分为北方的社会主义改造和建设时期(1955-1975年)、统一后的社会主义建设时期(1976-1978年)及社会主义建设的政策调整时期(1979-1986年)等三个时期进行介绍,以期较为详致地对越南传统的社会主义发展模式进行了解。第三部分为越南现代的社会主义发展模式的现状。分析了越南社会主义发展模式的几个主要理论前提：时代理论、社会发展阶段理论、社会发展道路理论、社会主义的本质及特征理论；重点探讨了越南社会主义发展模式的经济、政治、文化、外交等主要内容。第四部分为越南社会主义发展模式的基本经验。越南坚定创造性地运用马列主义胡志明思想,加强党的建设；坚持定向的社会主义方向,努力实现国富民强、民主、公平、文明；坚持革新开放,努力创造政治、经济革新良性互动的局面；坚持外交为经济、政治服务,努力争取外资,服务国家建设,提升国家地位。第五部分为越南社会主义发展模式的特征、评价。在对越南社会主义发展模式现状研究的基础上,概括了越南政治现代化模式、市场经济模式及社会发展模式的主要特征：越南政治体制革新虽有新起色,但腐败问题日益凸显；经济发展成就斐然,但国企改革任重道远；文化发展显著,但文化安全风险潜在。第六部分为越南社会主义发展模式的展望。越南将继续探索党的领导下的政治体制改革；将继续深化社会主义定向的市场经济体制改革；将长期坚持国家管理下的社会发展模式。最后,本文在结语部分,着重说明世界社会主义运动已进入了一个新的发展阶段,这就是把马克思主义基本原理同各国具体实际结合起来,积极探索符合时代特点,又具有本国特色的社会主义道路的新阶段。越南社会主义发展模式走入了这一潮流中来。从这一点上说,越南社会主义发展模式是符合世界社会主义运动发展的客观情况的。深入论证越南社会主义发展模式的必然性以及未来发展方向,是一项需要长期继续跟踪研究的新的课题。
[Abstract]:It has become a trend of socialist development in the contemporary world by combining the general principles of Marxism with the country ' s specific national conditions . It has become a trend of socialist development in the contemporary world . Through the study of the mode of socialist development in Vietnam , the paper summarizes the connotation and essence of socialism development in Vietnam , and finds out the general rule and special law of socialism development , finds the growth point of socialism in each country , and provides some inspiring and valuable things .

Based on the objective environment of Vietnam , this paper makes a systematic study on the main constituent elements and basic contents of the socialist development model in Vietnam , which is based on the objective environment in Vietnam . First , this paper gives a brief review of Vietnam ' s traditional socialist development model , which aims to illustrate how Vietnam embarked on the modern socialist development mode , and then elaborated the main contents of the modern socialist development model in Vietnam . On the basis of the above , the paper mainly includes the following six aspects :

In order to avoid the misunderstanding , the author summarizes the present situation of the relevant research in Vietnam . The second part is the review of Vietnam ' s traditional mode of socialist development . The third part is the present situation of the modern socialist development model in Vietnam . The main theoretical prerequisites of the socialist development model in Vietnam are analyzed : the age theory , the theory of social development , the theory of social development , the essence of socialism and the theory of characteristics ;
The main contents of the economic , political , cultural and foreign affairs of Vietnam ' s socialist development mode are discussed .

The fourth part is divided into the basic experience of Viet Nam ' s socialist development mode , and Viet Nam firmly applies Marxism - Leninism and Hu Zhiming ' s thought to strengthen the Party ' s construction .
We should adhere to the orientation of socialism and strive to achieve the strong , democratic , fair and civilized state of the country ;
To persist in the reform and opening up , and strive to create a benign and interactive situation of political and economic innovation ;
We should adhere to diplomacy as an economic and political service , strive for foreign investment , serve the nation ' s construction and promote national status .

The fifth part is the characteristic and appraisal of the mode of socialist development in Vietnam . On the basis of the research on the present situation of Vietnam ' s socialist development mode , the main characteristics of the mode of political modernization , market economy mode and social development mode of Vietnam are summarized .
The achievements of economic development are remarkable , but the reform of state - owned enterprises is a long way ;
Cultural development is remarkable , but the risk of cultural security is potentially dangerous .

The sixth part is divided into the perspective of the socialist development model of Vietnam . Vietnam will continue to explore the political system reform under the leadership of the Party ;
We will continue to deepen the market - oriented market economy system reform ;
It will adhere to the social development model under the national management for a long period of time .

Finally , in the conclusion of the conclusion , this paper emphatically illustrates that the world socialist movement has entered a new stage of development , which is to combine the basic principle of Marxism with the concrete practice of all countries and actively explore the new stage of the socialist road which accords with the characteristics of the times and has its own characteristics . In this regard , the socialist development mode of Vietnam is the objective condition that conforms to the development of the socialist movement of the world .
