欧盟在中东北非地区民主促进的效果分析——以社会权力生态结构为视角

【摘要】：欧盟在中东北非(MENA)的民主促进实质上是以欧洲社会权力生态结构为模式改造MENA社会权力生态结构的外部民主化过程。这实际上形成了两种权力生态结构在MENA地区的互构,互构过程中产生了与原来社会权力生态结构相衔接的民主本土化。本文通过欧盟在MENA民主促进效果的分析,指出以欧洲的民主标准改造MENA社会必然造成这一地区的持续动荡。欧盟要真正改善MENA民主促进效果,应该承认民主本土化是一种有利于MENA民主化进程的可行性选择。
[Abstract]:The Democratic promotion of the EU (MENA) in central and northeast Africa is essentially an external democratization process of transforming the ecological structure of MENA social power based on the ecological structure of European social power, which actually forms the mutual construction of two kinds of power ecological structures in the region of MENA, and produces a democracy that is connected with the original social power ecological structure in the process of mutual construction. Localization. Through the analysis of the European Union's effect on the promotion of democracy in MENA, this paper points out that the transformation of MENA society with European democratic standards will inevitably lead to the continued turbulence in this region. The EU should truly improve the effect of MENA democracy promotion, and it should be recognized that democratic localization is a feasible choice for the process of MENA democratization.
