【摘要】：正焦虑分为焦虑症和社会焦虑,前者属于医学范畴的个体焦虑,后者属于社会学与社会心理学范畴的群体焦虑。焦虑症往往伴随着个人身体上、心理上、甚至神经上的种种反应,需要就医治疗。社会焦虑则是一种因社会不公、正义不张、沟通不畅等因素而导致的社会心理疾病,表现为群体的紧张不安、心神不定、骚动不安,需要社会共同破解。
[Abstract]:Positive anxiety is divided into anxiety disorder and social anxiety, the former belongs to individual anxiety in medical category and the latter belongs to group anxiety in sociology and social psychology. Anxiety disorders are often accompanied by individual physical, psychological, and even neurological reactions that require medical treatment. Social anxiety is a kind of social psychological disease caused by social injustice, lack of justice and poor communication, which is characterized by group nervousness, restlessness and agitation, which need to be solved by society.
