冷战后英国的俄罗斯研究

【摘要】：英国学界对俄罗斯研究的历史超过400年,积累了丰富的研究经验,著名学者和优秀成果如恒河沙数。冷战结束之后,英国学者围绕着俄罗斯转型问题,依然刻苦钻研,笔耕不辍。在诸多前沿学术问题上都提出了自己卓越的见解,为国际斯拉夫研究的发展做出了巨大贡献。其高水平的研究在协助英国政府制定外交政策方面发挥了重要作用,甚至对于当代国际格局的演变也产生了微妙的影响。 本课题主要研究的是冷战后英国学术界对于俄罗斯与苏联问题的研究状况,是一项对于特定历史时期,特定领域基本研究状况的分析、综合与评价。本课题的研究主旨是在了解英国俄罗斯研究的发展历史和当代概况的基础上,通过考察英国学术界在冷战结束后20多年来在俄罗斯与苏联的政治转型、经济转型、历史和外交等领域的主要研究成果,分析英国俄罗斯研究界的基本思想倾向、理论观点、研究方法和分析路径。通过多种研究方法,对相关的学术成果进行解读和概括,并最终形成对冷战后英国俄罗斯研究状况的整体认知与综合评价。 本文共分为七章,首先对英国俄罗斯研究的发展历史进行系统梳理,随后对冷战后英国俄罗斯研究的主要成果分门别类进行深度分析,最后对冷战后英国俄罗斯研究的主要特点和思想谱系进行概括。 第一章为绪论部分,主要叙述了本课题的源起,以及本课题在学术史、理论研究和外交实践等多个层面的重要意义。对于本课题的国际、国内研究现状进行了比较全面的总结,同时对本课题研究中资料搜集的主要方法,基本的分析路径和全文的研究框架进行了介绍。 第二章为英国俄罗斯研究概况,包括英国俄罗斯研究的历史沿革和冷战后英国俄罗斯研究的基本状况两个部分。回顾了从16世纪至今英国俄罗斯研究的发展历程,介绍了不同时期具有代表性的学者和著作。然后对当代英国俄罗斯研究的状况进行了重点分析,分别对当代英国学术界的主要研究机构,主流学者,主要学术刊物进行了详细介绍,并且通过定量研究的方式对于冷战后英国学术界的研究领域和研究议题的变化情况进行了剖析。 第三章为冷战后英国的俄罗斯政治转型研究。在概括了冷战后英国学者对俄罗斯政治转型问题的整体研究状况的基础上,以主要的研究议题为线索,对于当代英国学者的观点进行了总结。对苏联解体,转型时期俄罗斯政治体制和普京时代等问题进行了重点介绍,对于相关问题中所出现的不同观点进行了解释。 第四章为冷战后英国的俄罗斯经济转型研究。根据英国学者思想理念的差异,以对比的方式分析了英国学术界对于俄罗斯经济转型的两种竞争与对立的观点。主流的英国学者以新自由主义的视角出发,以市场化、自由化为俄罗斯经济转型的主要目标,并以此为据对于俄罗斯经济转型进程进行评价。而左翼学者则坚持新马克思主义的研究视角,将平等、社会利益和经济自主等要素作为评价俄罗斯经济转型的基本标准。 第五章为冷战后英国的俄罗斯历史研究。历史研究是英国学术界的重要传统,历史学方法也是英国俄罗斯研究的基本方法之一。英国历史学家们积极参与到转型研究中,利用历史学的研究视角对于苏联解体和俄罗斯转型进行解读,并且得出了非常具有预见性的重要理论观点。本章以“帝国”理论为核心,对历史研究的内容进行了介绍。 第六章为冷战后英国的俄罗斯外交研究。在英国俄罗斯研究领域,对于俄罗斯外交问题的研究比较有代表性的观点多与智库机构有关,他们凭借着熟悉外交事务,掌握丰富的第一手资料等优势,在俄罗斯外交研究领域取得了非常丰富且有价值的研究成果。本章根据不同议题所涉及的内容,对冷战后英国学者对俄罗斯外交的研究进行了概述。 第七章为结论部分。在对政治、经济、历史和外交等领域的全面分析之后,这一部分对整个冷战后英国的俄罗斯研究领域的思想谱系和时代特征进行了概括,并且对整个英国的俄罗斯研究给予评价,对于英国俄罗斯研究的主要优点和存在的缺陷进行总结,最终提出适当的研究结论。
[Abstract]:After the end of the Cold War, British scholars have been working hard on the issue of Russian transformation. They have put forward their own remarkable views on many frontier academic issues, and have contributed to the international Slar. His high-level research has played an important role in helping the British government formulate foreign policy, and even had a subtle impact on the evolution of contemporary international patterns.
This topic mainly studies the research situation of the Russian and Soviet Union in the British academic circles after the Cold War, is an analysis, synthesis and evaluation of the basic research situation of the specific historical period and specific fields. In the past 20 years after the end of the Cold War, the British academia has made major research achievements in the fields of political transformation, economic transformation, history and diplomacy between Russia and the Soviet Union, and has analyzed the basic ideological tendency, theoretical viewpoints, research methods and analysis paths of the British and Russian research circles. Finally, a comprehensive cognition and comprehensive evaluation of the research situation of the United Kingdom and Russia after the cold war is concluded.
This paper is divided into seven chapters. Firstly, the history of British Russian studies is systematically reviewed. Then, the main achievements of British Russian studies after the cold war are analyzed in depth. Finally, the main characteristics and ideological pedigree of British Russian studies after the cold war are summarized.
The first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly describes the origin of the subject and the significance of the subject in academic history, theoretical research and diplomatic practice. The research framework of this paper is introduced.
The second chapter is the general situation of British Russian studies, including the historical evolution of British Russian studies and the basic situation of British Russian studies after the Cold War. This paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation, introduces in detail the main research institutions, mainstream scholars, and major academic journals in contemporary British academia, and analyzes the changes of research fields and topics in British academia after the Cold War through quantitative research.
The third chapter is the study of the political transformation of Russia in Britain after the cold war.On the basis of summarizing the overall research situation of the British scholars on the political transformation of Russia after the cold war,the author summarizes the views of the contemporary British scholars with the clue of the main research topics. The generation and other issues were highlighted, and different views emerged in the related issues were explained.
Chapter Four is the study of the economic transformation of Russia in Britain after the Cold War. According to the differences of the ideas of British scholars, this paper analyzes the two competing and opposing views of the British academia on the economic transformation of Russia in a comparative way. While the left-wing scholars insist on the perspective of new Marxism and regard equality, social interests and economic autonomy as the basic criteria for evaluating Russian economic transformation.
The fifth chapter is the study of Russian history in Britain after the Cold War.The study of history is an important tradition in British academia and the method of historiography is one of the basic methods in the study of Britain and Russia.British historians actively participate in the study of transformation and interpret the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the transformation of Russia from the perspective of historiography. This chapter introduces the content of historical research with the theory of Empire as the core.
Chapter Six is the study of Russian diplomacy in Britain after the Cold War. In the field of British-Russian studies, the representative viewpoints on Russian diplomacy are mostly related to think tanks. With the advantages of being familiar with foreign affairs and having abundant first-hand information, they have made very rich achievements in the field of Russian diplomacy. According to the contents of different topics, this chapter summarizes the research of British scholars on Russian diplomacy after the Cold War.
Chapter VII is the conclusion. After a comprehensive analysis of the political, economic, historical and diplomatic fields, this part summarizes the ideological pedigree and characteristics of the whole post-Cold War British Russian research field, and evaluates the whole British Russian research, the main advantages and existence of British Russian research. The defects are summarized and appropriate research conclusions are finally put forward.
