德国政治基金会在华的工作方式及其公共外交特征评析

【摘要】：政治基金会是德国智库中比较特殊的一类,一方面具有独立于政府的身份,另一方面又与各大政党有着亲缘关系。由于其特殊的属性,德国政治基金会的海外机构工作十分活跃并产生重要作用。德国政治基金会在中国建立了五个常驻机构,其工作方式颇具特点,活动方式多样化,合作伙伴多元化。以特殊的角色定位为基础,以系统化的交往为手段,德国政治基金会的海外机构成为德国对华公共外交的重要载体之一,并在德国形象的塑造和传播以及中德关系的发展中产生重大影响。
[Abstract]:The political Foundation is a special kind of German think-tank. On the one hand, it is independent of the government, on the other hand, it is related to the major political parties. Due to its special attributes, the German political Foundation's overseas work is very active and important. The German political Foundation has established five resident offices in China. On the basis of special role orientation and systematic communication, the overseas institutions of the German political Foundation have become one of the important carriers of Germany's public diplomacy with China. And in the shaping and dissemination of the image of Germany and the development of Sino-German relations have a major impact.
