全球化视角下的公民社会与东亚民主政治的转型

【摘要】：美国社会学家查尔斯·蒂利将社会运动视为一种独特的实现大众政治的方式和手段,在民主转型过程中,公民社会被视为民主抵抗和转型的众望。如果社会运动拓宽公共参与者的范围、使合作者的作用相互平等、为绝对不平等直接进入公共政治设置障碍、在公共政治中建立信任网络,那么社会运动将会促进民主。本文将通过四个部分来展示全球化视角下的公民社会与东亚民主政治的转型的关系,试图阐述公民社会对于东亚民主政治发展的重要意义。
[Abstract]:Charles Tilly, an American sociologist, regards social movement as a unique way and means to realize popular politics. In the process of democratic transformation, civil society is regarded as the popular hope of democratic resistance and transformation. If the social movement widens the scope of the public participants, makes the cooperator's role equal to each other, sets up the barrier for the absolute inequality to enter the public politics directly, establishes the trust network in the public politics, then the social movement will promote the democracy. This paper will show the relationship between civil society and the transition of East Asian democratic politics from the perspective of globalization in four parts, and try to expound the significance of civil society to the development of East Asian democratic politics.
