资产为本的干预项目与社会工作实务研究设计——基于上海市G机构的一项扶贫项目的试验性研究

【摘要】：资产为本的干预理念在国外扶贫和救助领域已经有很多年的实践经验,并取得了很多良好的成效,但这一干预理念运用在中国大陆社会救助领域的经验还很缺乏。本文首先简要介绍资产为本的干预的基本概念和发展过程,而后对国内外相关的干预项目及其研究进行简要总结归纳,最后通过介绍上海市G机构的一项试验性研究,以上海市P区低保家庭为服务对象,具体分享如何发展和设计出一项资产为本的干预研究和服务,以期丰富这一领域的实证研究,特别是基于实验设计的定量研究。
[Abstract]:The concept of asset based intervention has many years of practical experience in the field of poverty alleviation and relief abroad, and has achieved many good results. However, the experience of applying the concept of intervention in the field of social assistance in mainland China is still very short. This paper first briefly introduces the basic concept and development process of asset based intervention, then summarizes the relevant intervention projects and their studies at home and abroad, and finally introduces a pilot study of Shanghai G institution. In order to enrich the empirical research, especially the quantitative research based on experimental design, this paper focuses on how to develop and design an asset based intervention study and service.
