【摘要】：正从2011年底俄罗斯国家杜马选举至2012年春总统大选前后,俄国内政治气候发生改变,各方纷纷预测普京总统第三任期可能在执政理念方面出现较大的调整。但分析普京新任总统以来所推行的政治体制改革以及对国家公共政治空间的整控,可以得出结论:普京的民主理念并没有改变,普京新政
[Abstract]:The domestic political climate is changing from the election of the Russian State Duma in late 2011 to the presidential election in the spring of 2012. However, the analysis of the political system reform and the control of the country's public political space since Putin's new president can conclude that Putin's democratic concept has not changed, and Putin's new policy has not changed.
