俄罗斯国家安全战略的变迁与思考

【摘要】：苏联解体20多年来,俄罗斯颁布过4次关于国家安全战略的文件。从俄美"蜜月期"降温的1997年《俄罗斯联邦国家安全构想》,到科索沃危机催生的2000年《俄罗斯联邦国家安全构想》,从南奥塞梯事件后与美欲重修旧好的2009年《2020年前俄罗斯联邦国家安全战略》,到乌克兰危机以来俄美落入冰点关系的2015年《2020年前俄罗斯联邦国家安全战略》,其中尽数跌宕起伏,烽烟滚滚。回溯俄罗斯国家安全战略的变化,可以从另一角度检视出西方"普世价值"的伪善与阴险。西方倡导的"普世价值"不过是霸权主义打着全人类价值旗号,维护其霸权地位、单极世界的实用工具。
[Abstract]:Russia has issued four documents on its national security strategy since the collapse of the Soviet Union more than 20 years ago.
