违反国策的法国驻俄大使卡斯特尔巴雅克——法国有关档案揭露的真相

【摘要】：一个国家派往外国的大使,任务在于维护本国的基本利益,执行官方的对外政策,但是法国近代历史中也有例外。卡斯特尔巴雅克为法国驻俄大使,他的活动颇为特殊。他竟敢违背官方的外交政策,无视俄罗斯帝国的对外侵略扩张意图,固执地认为:沙皇为人正直善良与渴望和平,俄国将主动从多瑙河撤军,法国必须与英国结盟反对俄国。该大使在数年之内呈报回国的一批秘密文件,充分揭示出此人的相关错误言行。说明真相将有助于我们了解法国历史的复杂性。
[Abstract]:The mission of an ambassador to a foreign country is to defend his country's basic interests and carry out official foreign policy, but there are exceptions in French recent history. Castell Barak is France's ambassador to Russia, his activities are quite special. He defied official foreign policy and ignored the aggressive and expansionist intentions of the Russian Empire, stubbornly believing that the czar was honest, kind and eager for peace, that Russia would voluntarily withdraw its troops from the Danube, and that France must ally with Britain against Russia. The ambassador's return within a few years of a batch of secret documents, fully revealed the related mistakes. Telling the truth will help us understand the complexity of French history.
