澳大利亚反网络欺凌政府监管机制对我国的启示

【摘要】：正1.关注经历网络欺凌儿童的心理辅导。政府以及相关研究者应该针对受欺凌者的心理状态进行研究,并且建立相应的心理辅导机构或热线,为经历网络欺凌的儿童提供必要的心理援助,使其能正确面对网络欺凌事件并走出心理困境。2.重视学校、家庭、传媒行业的合作。网络欺凌事件是发生在虚拟空间的,难以监控和定位到具体的场所,需要学校、家庭和传媒行业通力合作、互相配合,才能在反网络欺凌上取得更好的效果。
