新社会运动理论视角下的反全球化运动

【摘要】：世界上任何事物都有其对立面，全球化也是如此。自20世纪90年代以来，当全球化的力量在全球范围内迅速推进之时，一股反全球化的力量也像幽灵一样在世界各地蔓延，二者形影相随，相互斗争。自1999年底西雅图风暴拉开反全球化运动的序幕之后，其很快成为国际政治舞台上一支极为活跃的力量，从瑞士的达沃斯到法国的尼斯，从美国的纽约到加拿大的魁北克，从泰国的曼谷到巴西的阿雷格里港，到处都留下了反全球化运动活动者的足迹。作为抗议性政治，反全球化运动的规模和场景让人极易联想到20世纪60年代末以来在西方社会掀起的新社会运动。那么，二者究竟有何关系? 本文把反全球化运动看作是新社会运动在全球化背景下的一种表现形式，选择新社会运动理论的视角对反全球化运动的内在结构、运行方式及其影响因素进行了系统的分析。笔者认为反全球化运动不仅是新社会运动在新的国际背景下的一种延续与发展，是“新——新社会运动”，同时，它也对新社会运动理论的进一步发展提出了挑战。 文章共有6部分组成，各部分的主要观点如下： 导言部分，对选题的原因及意义、目前国内外的研究状况进行述评，同时对本文的框架进行了设计。 20世纪末，国际社会掀起的反全球化运动浪潮备受世人关注，一时也成为学术界研究的热点，本文选择新社会运动理论的视角来分析反全球化运动是出于以下几点考虑：一是作为二战后西方国家出现的一种“新政治”现象，，新社会运动——反全球化运动是理解欧美社会变化的一条重要线索。二是作为反体系运动，新社会运动与反全球化运动有很多相似之处。三是选择新社会运动的视角来研究反全球化运动，不仅有助于理解在全球治理的国际背景下，基层民众如何表达自己的利益诉求以维护其政治权利和经济利益，而且也有助于从一个侧面增强对跨国社会运动的理解和认识。四是出于学科上的考虑。就新社会运动的研究状况而言，西方学者的研究较为全面，成果比较丰富，概括地讲，主要集中在三个层面：即对新社会运动抗议事件的研究；关于如何阐释新社会运动的理论研究；对新社会运动研究方法的研究。在国内，就总体而言，学术界(尤其是政治学领域)对新社会运动的研究仍极其薄弱。对于反全球化运动，国内外学者虽在为什么反全球化，怎样反全球化等问题上达成了诸多共识，但从新社会运动的视角来分析研
[Abstract]:Everything in the world has its opposite, and so does globalization. Since the 1990s, when the forces of globalization are rapidly advancing in the global scope, an anti-globalization force has spread all over the world like a ghost. Since the beginning of the anti-globalization campaign by the Seattle Storm at the end of 1999, it has quickly become an extremely active force on the international political scene, from Davos in Switzerland to Nice in France, from New York in the United States to Quebec in Canada. From Bangkok, Thailand, to Porto Alegre, Brazil, anti-globalisation activists have been left behind. As a protest politics, the scale and scene of the anti-globalization movement is very easy to think of the new social movement in the western society since the late 1960s. So, what is the relationship between the two? This paper regards the anti-globalization movement as a form of expression of the new social movement under the background of globalization, and makes a systematic analysis of the internal structure, operation mode and influencing factors of the anti-globalization movement from the perspective of the new social movement theory. The author holds that the anti-globalization movement is not only a continuation and development of the new social movement under the new international background, but also a "new and new social movement". At the same time, it also challenges the further development of the theory of the new social movement. There are six parts of the article, the main points of view are as follows: introduction, the reasons and significance of the topic, the current research situation at home and abroad are reviewed. At the same time, the frame of this paper is designed. At the end of the 20th century, the wave of anti-globalization movement set off by the international community attracted the attention of the world, and it also became a hot spot in academic research. This article chooses the new social movement theory angle to analyze the anti-globalization movement is out of the following considerations: first, as a "new politics" phenomenon in western countries after World War II, New social movement-anti-globalization movement is an important clue to understand the social changes in Europe and America. Second, as an anti-system movement, the new social movement and anti-globalization movement have many similarities. Third, choosing the perspective of the new social movement to study the anti-globalization movement will not only help to understand how the grassroots people express their interests in order to safeguard their political and economic interests in the international context of global governance. It also helps to enhance the understanding and understanding of transnational social movements from one side. Fourth, out of disciplinary considerations. As far as the research situation of the new social movement is concerned, the research of the western scholars is more comprehensive and fruitful. Generally speaking, it mainly focuses on three aspects: the research on the protest event of the new social movement; How to explain the theory of the new social movement and the research methods of the new social movement. At home, in general, the study of the new social movement in academia (especially in the field of political science) is still extremely weak. For the anti-globalization movement, domestic and foreign scholars have reached a lot of consensus on why and how to oppose globalization, but from the perspective of the new social movement to analyze the research.
