美国大选中的网络安全问题

【摘要】：2016年的美国大选跌宕起伏,最后以特朗普的获胜画上句号。网络安全问题一直伴随此次大选的进程,并对最后的选举结果产生了重要的影响。希拉里的"邮件门"事件、民主党全国委员会文件被泄露事件,以及地方选举机构遭黑客攻击事件等都在大选的过程倍受关注。大选中的网络攻击事件对美国的民主制度造成了冲击。多种因素导致美国的选举更容易受到数字攻击的破坏。为了应对选举中的网络攻击,奥巴马政府对俄罗斯政府进行了外交和经济制裁。未来,美国将进一步采取措施维护选举中的网络安全。美国将提升投票机和投票系统的安全性能,加强对黑客的防御、侦查和威慑,加强与盟友在选举领域里的国际合作。
[Abstract]:The 2016 US election ended with a Trump victory. The issue of cyber security has been accompanied by the election process, and has had an important impact on the final election results. Clinton's email scandal, the leak of Democratic National Committee documents and the hacking of local election agencies have attracted much attention in the election process. The cyber attacks in the election have had an impact on American democracy. Many factors make American elections more vulnerable to digital attacks. The Obama administration has imposed diplomatic and economic sanctions on the Russian government in response to election cyber attacks. In the future, the United States will take further measures to maintain the election of cyber security. The United States will improve the security of voting machines and voting systems, strengthen the defense against hackers, surveillance and deterrence, and strengthen international cooperation with allies in the field of elections.
