【摘要】：正美国国家安全委员会(简称国安会)是依据1947年《国家安全法》设立的,是美国国家安全和外交决策体系的重要组成部分。在美国总统行政办公室所辖的与国家安全事务相关的机构中,国家安全委员会的地位最为重要,是唯一的法定机构,1也是二战以来美国总统进行外交决策所依赖的关键机构。2事实上,作为美国总统制定有关国家安全与外交政策的工具,国家安全委员会的运作方式依照此后美国历届总统的国家管理方式和习惯有所
[Abstract]:The National Security Council (NSC) was established under the 1947 National Security Act and is an important part of the national security and diplomatic decision-making system of the United States. The National Security Council is the only statutory body under the administration of the President of the United States that is concerned with national security matters. 1 is also the key institution upon which the US President's foreign policy decisions have been made since the second World War. 2 in fact, as a tool for the President of the United States to formulate national security and foreign policy, The National Security Council operates in a manner consistent with the national governance and practices of subsequent presidents of the United States
