查韦斯时期的社会政策浅析

【摘要】：查韦斯执政14年期间,委内瑞拉实施了大规模社会改革,旨在改善人们特别是低收入群体的生活状况。这一时期的社会政策以推行一系列颇具规模的社会计划为主要特征,如卫生计划、教育计划、食品计划和住房计划等。查韦斯政府社会政策的实施,在委内瑞拉产生了许多积极效果,如贫困率下降,收入分配不平等问题得到改善,就业形势得到改观等,但这种激进式的社会政策也存在着脆弱性、低效益等方面的问题。
[Abstract]:During Ch 谩 vez's 14 years in power, Venezuela implemented massive social reforms aimed at improving the living conditions of people, especially the lower income groups. Social policy during this period was characterized by a series of large-scale social programmes, such as health, education, food and housing programs. The implementation of the social policy of the Chavez government has had many positive effects in Venezuela, such as the decline in poverty rates, the improvement of income inequality and the improvement of the employment situation. But this kind of radical social policy also has the vulnerability, the low-benefit aspect and so on question.
