社会福利制度研究中的中轴原理——论社会福利制度与劳动力市场的关系

【摘要】：社会福利制度与劳动力市场的关系围绕劳动力的"商品化"与"去商品化"揭示了现代社会福利制度的本质属性,通过两者关系扩散开来能够把握社会福利制度研究中的主要维度,同时以两者关系向度和强度为中心维度还能够进行社会福利制度的理想类型研究。因此,社会福利制度与劳动力市场的关系是社会福利制度研究中的中轴原理。这一中轴原理又可操作化为社会福利制度与劳动力供给的关系、社会福利制度与劳动力流动的关系、社会福利制度与劳资关系问题三个维度。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the social welfare system and the labor market reveals the essential attributes of the modern social welfare system around the "commercialization" and "de-commercialization" of the labor force. Through the diffusion of the two relations, we can grasp the main dimensions in the study of social welfare system, and at the same time, we can study the ideal type of social welfare system by taking the direction and intensity of the two relations as the central dimension. Therefore, the relationship between social welfare system and labor market is the central principle in the study of social welfare system. This principle can be transformed into three dimensions: the relationship between social welfare system and labor force supply, the relationship between social welfare system and labor flow, and the relationship between social welfare system and labor relations.
