国内外体验式应急培训模式的应用探索

【摘要】:正1引言应急培训是安全管理工作中的重要内容,是提高应急指挥与救援人员的应急救援能力、降低事故后果损失的有效手段和途径;同时,通过培训,能够明确各应急人员的岗位与职责,加强单位、部门、人员的协调与联动,提高应对事故的能力。过去,由于人们对应急培训重要性认识不足,资金投入薄弱,培训的软硬件设施缺乏,加之受到传统教育思想的束缚,导致培训形式单一、普及程度较低,缺乏因人施教、因岗施教等细化的、有针对性的形式和课程,培训的实际效果远远不能满足社会发展和企业安全生产的需要。近年来,随着国家和企业对应急培训重视程度的提高和投入的增加,用于培训的软硬件系
