尼日利亚的四个中国人酋长

【摘要】：正在尼日利亚,有时候政府解决不了的事儿酋长出面却会更容易些。然而,中国人成为尼日利亚酋长,又将如何?基层治理、带来新的技术、拆迁都需要酋长的帮忙。酋长这个带有非洲古老、神秘色彩的头衔,如今和中国人有了越来越多的联系。近十年里,已经有4位中国人,身披酋长传统服饰、被当地土王(土王:酋长的一种,属于酋长中的较高级)授予象征权力的证书、项链、蒲扇或权杖,加冕为尼日利亚的酋长。

Grass-roots governance, bring new technology, demolition need the help of the sheikh. Sheikh, an ancient, mysterious title in Africa, is now in more and more contact with the Chinese. In the past decade, four Chinese, dressed in traditional sheikh costumes, have been awarded certificates, necklaces, pu fans or scepters to symbolize power by the local earth king (a kind of sheikh, belonging to the higher rank of the sheikh).
