【摘要】：正7月13日,日本NHK电视台在晚七点黄金时间播出了日本明仁天皇打算"生前退位"的消息,随即引发日本国内舆论的轩然大波。然而充满戏剧性的变化是,当天晚上宫内厅次长山本信一郎召集记者,全盘否认天皇"生前退位"的相关报道,从而引发了日本国内舆论的种种猜测。东京时间8月8日下午三点明仁天皇发表电视讲话,标志着天皇"生前退位"问题正式浮出水面。
[Abstract]:On July 13, Japanese NHK television broadcast the news that Emperor Akihito intended to abdicate at seven o'clock in the evening, which immediately caused a stir in domestic public opinion. However, the dramatic change was that Ichiro Yamamoto, deputy director of the palace hall, called in reporters that night to completely deny reports that the emperor had "abdicated before his death," sparking speculation in domestic public opinion. Emperor Akihito delivered a televised speech at 3 p.m. Tokyo time on August 8, marking the official emergence of the emperor's abstention before his death.
