马来西亚拟于2016年全面禁止拖网捕鱼

【摘要】：正据《南洋商报》、《东方日报》2014年11月2日报道,马来西亚农业部长伊斯迈沙比里表示,自2016年1月1日起,将撤销本国拖网捕鱼执照,并用围网取而代之,以保护海床,增加渔获。据报道,目前马国内超过90%的华裔渔民使用拖网捕鱼,目前约70%的海产来自拖网,围网成本约30万~40万马币,改造渔船、用工及运营费用都给改造带来难度。如禁令生效,马渔业产量将暴跌70%,大部分捕鱼业者将面临倒闭。
