“莫迪旋风”何以难持久

【摘要】：正2015年8月底,在莫迪总理长期执政的家乡——印度古吉拉特邦,高种姓群体帕特尔家族发起大规模抗议活动,要求政府把自己也加入到各种福利和优惠政策的享受者名单之中。2015年9月2日,印度各地有1.5亿人罢工,很多人走上街头,抗议政府修改《劳工法》。面对重重压力,莫迪只好表示让步,放缓推行一些还没有真正启动的改革措施。莫迪自2014年5月上台以来,在印度国内外掀起了一股"莫迪旋风"。
[Abstract]:At the end of August 2015, the Patel family, a high-caste group, launched a massive protest in Gujilat, India, Prime Minister Modi's longtime hometown, demanding that the government add itself to the list of recipients of various welfare and preferential policies. On Sept. 2, 2015, 150 million people went on strike across India, and many took to the streets to protest against the government's amendment of the Labor Law. Faced with a lot of pressure, Modi had to give in and slow down some of the reforms that have not yet been really started. Since taking office in May 2014, Modi has set off a whirlwind at home and abroad in India.
