【摘要】：正我们说俄国人善待历史,似乎很难理解。俄罗斯帝国—苏联—后苏联不仅是改朝换代,还关乎政治制度、社会发展方向和疆域等巨变。尤其是从苏联到后苏联,苏共统治结束、杜马取代苏维埃发挥真正的议会功能、反对派合法化、媒体自由言论等等,以及"独立台"、《独立报》等独立媒体纷纷出现,且有远超官方媒体国家电
