墨西哥毒品问题及其未来走向

【摘要】：墨西哥毒品问题形成于20世纪70年代。此后,墨西哥贩毒集团的组织化加强,毒品问题日益渗透到墨西哥政治和社会中,对地区安全构成严重威胁。卡尔德隆政府以军事手段禁毒引发了严重的毒品暴力。墨西哥毒品问题源于政府能力低下,贫困和特殊的地缘、地貌。涅托当选总统后,墨西哥将更加关注社会安全和禁毒的长效机制,弱化军事选项。墨西哥毒品暴力在短期内可能相对缓解,但毒品问题的解决仍是一个长期的过程。
[Abstract]:The drug problem in Mexico was formed in the 1970 s. Since then, the organization of Mexican drug cartels has been strengthened, and the drug problem has increasingly penetrated into Mexican politics and society, posing a serious threat to regional security. The Calderon government used military means to fight drugs and triggered serious drug violence. Mexico's drug problem stems from low government capacity, poverty and special geography and landforms. After Nieto was elected president, Mexico will pay more attention to the long-term mechanism of social security and drug control, and weaken the military options. Drug violence in Mexico may be relatively alleviated in the short term, but the solution to the drug problem is still a long-term process.
