探索巴基斯坦老年人电子政务采用的因素

  近年来,电子政务在全球范围内的重要性大大加强。它可以被描述为政府和其他部门(如公民、公司、员工、部委和其他政府组织)之间的数字交互系统。电子政务实施中最重要的要素之一是用户与电子政务系统的互动,特别是这些用户的采用和利用,这也是电子政务系统的主要目标。然而,包括巴基斯坦在内的发展中国家面临着许多与适应、执行和利用有关的问题。除此之外,还缺乏从不同角度对用户采用和利用的研究和分析,以及专门为此类分析开发的综合框架。因此,本研究旨在探讨、分析和了解影响老年人电子政务采用的关键因素。在老年人中采用和利用巴基斯坦的电子政务服务,以及服务的整体方法。可以用来提高当前的接受和利用水平。它还将有助于提供以用户为中心的新电子政务服务的设计和实施。本研究的目的还在于填补目前巴基斯坦老年人在电子政务文献方面的知识空白,以便为开展此类基于问卷调查建立一个全面的框架。为了实现本研究的目标,本研究建立了一个全面的概念框架,包括老年人对电子政务采纳的接受和使用,以及通过对几种常见技术模型和理论的批判性评价得出的利用模型,以及对电子政务采纳文献的回顾。在STAM的基础上,结合己有的文献和理论,建立了综合研究模型(O...
