2001年后巴基斯坦极端化与暴力极端主义的蔓延及当局的应对

国内外学术界已从宗教意识形态层面解释过极端化和暴力极端主义相关问题。大部分应对极端化和暴力极端主义威胁的政策都是根据宗教意识形态而制定的。本文旨在探析巴基斯坦社会极端化和暴力极端主义形成的主要动因,以便于决策者更好地理解极端化和极端主义及其推动因素之间的因果关系机制。在本文的分析中,极端化和极端主义是因变量,社会微观与宏观层面的推动因素则是自变量。本研究通过在这两个层面之间架起桥梁,通过分析各层面的互动,来解释极端化和暴力极端主义的进程。本文还强调意识形态的指引作用,往往被社会运动组织加以利用,从而达到招募成员的目的。此外,笔者在实地调察中发现,大多数武装分子网络会通过意识形态来吸引年轻人,将伊斯兰教描绘为处于危险的境地,而所有穆斯林都负有保护伊斯兰教火种的道德义务,并常常利用“我们”和“他们”相互对立的概念。本文发现,宗教意识形态并不是导致极端化的唯一因素,但它是为暴力行为辩护的工具。本文以2001-2015年巴基斯坦的案例研究为基础,通过实地调查和访谈,发现这一时期的社会运动组织常常利用宗教意识形态以实现他们的政治动机。同时,他们也利用敌对外部势力来推进自己的议程,破坏巴基斯坦的稳...
