马克思主义公正观的人学阐释及其当代意义

【摘要】：公正是一个永恒的主题，是人类社会的崇高境界，是社会主义社会和共产主义社会的首要价值。但是，不同时期对公正的理解不一样。在当代，尽管各国都在呼吁公正，但西方所指的公正和我国所指的公正有本质的区别。我国对于公正的理解主要指马克思主义的公正观，马克思主义公正观认为，研究公正问题应该将现实的人作为出发点，因此，对马克思主义公正观的人学解读是当前的一个重大课题。本文主要由三个部分组成：第一部分主要对马克思主义公正观进行一般性的梳理，探索了马克思主义公正观的形成和发展，通过对马克思主义公正观和以往的公正观比较得出，马克思主义公正观是对以往公正观的超越，主要体现在四个方面：实现了所有人的公正；实现了权利和义务的统一；实现了阶级的彻底灭亡；实现了人的自由全面发展。第二部分主要对马克思主义公正观进行了人学阐释，首先揭示了马克思主义公正观的人学含义，并从四个方面揭示出马克思主义公正观不同于以往公正观的人学特点：马克思主义公正观的个体性特征；马克思主义公正观的历史性特征；马克思主义公正观的现实性特征以及马克思主义公正观的理想性特征。接着，从人的需要、人的工具性与目的性的统一以及人的实践性三个方面论述了马克思主义公正观的人性基础。最后，对马克思主义公正观与人的发展进行了深入分析。第三部分主要分析了马克思主义公正观的当代意义，对马克思主义公正观进行人学阐释具有重要的意义。一是马克思主义公正观能更加明确人在生产力中的作用。马克思主义公正观认为，公正的实现与生产力的发展密切相关，在生产力的要素中，人是最活跃的要素。人作为实践活动的主体，在一定的历史阶段，社会越公正，人的主体性特征就越明显，就越能体现人在生产力中的地位。二是马克思主义公正观使我们可以更好地坚持以人为本。马克思主义公正观认为，公正是站在人民群众的立场的，把人作为出发点，有利于更好地坚持以人为本。三是马克思主义公正观对于人们实现实质公正有巨大的推动作用。当前，，要解决现实公正问题就必须牢牢把握马克思主义公正观，根据当前的具体环境，推动人的实质公正的实现。四是马克思主义公正观对于当前构建和谐社会有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Justice is an eternal theme, the lofty realm of human society, and the primary value of socialist society and communist society. However, the understanding of justice is different in different periods. Although all countries are calling for justice, there is an essential difference between the justice in the west and the justice in China. The understanding of justice in our country mainly refers to the Marxist view of justice, which is considered by Marxism. The study of justice should take the realistic person as the starting point. Therefore, the interpretation of Marxist view of justice is an important subject. This paper consists of three parts: The first part of the Marxist justice concept of a general comb, explore the formation and development of Marxist justice view, through the Marxist view of justice and the previous concept of justice to draw a comparison. Marxist view of justice is the transcendence of the previous view of justice, which is mainly embodied in four aspects: the realization of justice for all; Realizing the unification of rights and obligations; Realized the complete destruction of the class; The free and all-round development of human beings has been realized. The second part mainly explains the Marxist view of justice, first of all, it reveals the meaning of Marxist view of justice. And from four aspects reveals the Marxist view of justice is different from the previous view of human studies: Marxist view of the individual characteristics of justice; The historical characteristics of Marxist view of justice; The realistic characteristics of Marxist view of justice and the ideal characteristics of Marxist view of justice. Then, from the needs of human beings. This paper discusses the human nature foundation of Marxist view of justice from three aspects of the unity of man's instrumentality and purpose as well as his practicality. Finally, the author makes an in-depth analysis of Marxist view of justice and the development of human beings. The third part mainly analyzes the contemporary significance of Marxist view of justice. It is of great significance to interpret Marxist view of justice from human science. One is that Marxist view of justice can clarify the role of human beings in productive forces. The realization of justice is closely related to the development of productive forces. Among the elements of productive forces, man is the most active element. As the subject of practical activities, the more just the society is in a certain historical stage. The more obvious the subjective characteristics of human beings, the more they can reflect the position of human beings in the productive forces. Second, the Marxist view of justice makes us better adhere to the people-oriented view. Justice is standing in the position of the masses of the people, regard people as the starting point, is conducive to better adhere to people-oriented. Third, Marxist view of justice for people to achieve substantive justice has a huge role. In order to solve the problem of realistic justice, we must firmly grasp the Marxist concept of justice, according to the current specific environment. Fourth, Marxist view of justice is of great practical significance to the construction of a harmonious society.
