列宁执政党建设思想及当代启示研究

【摘要】：列宁在借鉴马克思恩格斯无产阶级政党建设的同时,结合列宁革命时期的实践经验,在俄国面对的现实基础上,建立起了第一个取得执政地位的无产阶级政党——俄国共产党(布尔什维克)(简称俄共(布))。列宁就如何建立一个新型的合格的无产阶级政党进行了不懈的探索,最终形成了列宁执政党建设思想。这不仅是对马克思主义无产阶级政党建设思想的丰富和发展,也为其他国家无产阶级政党提供了经验借鉴。将世界上第一个无产阶级执政党的经验与教训进行总结,对马克思主义无产阶级执政党建设思想体系的构建有重要意义,而且为同样经历过革命与建设的中国共产党“全面从严治党”提供了宝贵的经验,也对我们建设中国特色社会主义有重要的现实意义。本文综合运用文献研究和历史与逻辑相统一等方法,坚持在历史唯物主义与辩证唯物主义的指导下,力图准确梳理列宁领导工人运动进行革命到领导俄共(布)进行执政党建设的实践活动,在整体上较为系统的分析归纳列宁执政党建设的主要思想内容。鉴于此,本文主要从三个方面来论述:首先是列宁执政党建设思想的理论渊源与现实基础;其次是归纳列宁执政党建设思想的发展历程、主要内容及历史地位;最后是列宁执政党建设思想对当前中国共产党执政建设的启示。本文在阐述列宁执政党建设思想主要内容的同时,从中国的实际出发,学习列宁执政党建设的宝贵经验,不断丰富和发展无产阶级执政党建设思想,对中国共产党在加强党的思想、制度、纯洁性、执政能力及践行群众路线方面提出有针对性的建议,全面从严治党,将党的建设不断向前推进。
[Abstract]:Lenin, while drawing lessons from the construction of Marx and Engels proletarian party, combined with Lenin's practical experience in the revolutionary period, on the basis of the reality faced by Russia. The Russian Communist Party (Bolshevik), the first proletarian party to gain power, was founded. Lenin made unremitting explorations on how to establish a new qualified proletarian party. It is not only the enrichment and development of Marxist proletarian party construction thought, but also the formation of Lenin's ruling party construction thought. It also provides experience for other proletarian political parties and sums up the experiences and lessons of the first proletarian ruling party in the world. It is of great significance to the construction of the ideological system of the ruling party of the Marxist proletariat, and it provides valuable experience for the Communist Party of China which has also experienced revolution and construction. It is also of great practical significance for us to build socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper comprehensively applies the methods of literature research and the unification of history and logic to adhere to the guidance of historical materialism and dialectical materialism. Trying to accurately comb Lenin led the workers' movement for revolution to lead the Russian Communist Party (Brazzaville) in the construction of the ruling party's practical activities. On the whole, the main contents of Lenin's ruling party construction are systematically analyzed and summarized. In view of this, this paper mainly discusses from three aspects: first, the theoretical origin and practical basis of Lenin's ruling party construction thought; Secondly, it summarizes the development course, main content and historical status of Lenin's ruling party construction thought. Finally, it is the enlightenment of Lenin's ruling party construction thought to the current CPC ruling construction. This paper expounds the main content of Lenin's ruling party construction thought, and starts from the reality of China at the same time. Learning from Lenin's valuable experience in the construction of the ruling party and constantly enriching and developing the proletarian ruling party's construction thought, the Communist Party of China is strengthening the Party's thought, system, purity. In the aspect of ruling ability and carrying out the mass line, the author puts forward some pertinent suggestions, runs the party strictly in an all-round way, and advances the party building continuously.
