毛泽东的“大仁政”观探析——兼论大仁政是中国共产党执政的鲜明特征

【摘要】：在新民主主义革命和建设时期,毛泽东形成了中国共产党的大仁政观,主张党坚持人民民主专政,施行在兼顾人民当前利益和长远利益相结合的基础上重点维护人民长远利益的大仁政。毛泽东的大仁政观坚持和丰富了马克思主义执政理论,为党执政提供了有益的理论指导。党的执政历程表明,大仁政在中国特色社会主义进程中得到充分展现,成为中国共产党执政的鲜明特征。
[Abstract]:During the period of the new democratic revolution and construction, Mao Zedong formed the CPC's great view of benevolence and advocated the Party's adherence to the people's democratic dictatorship. On the basis of taking into account the current and long-term interests of the people, we should focus on safeguarding the long-term interests of the people. Mao Zedong's view of great benevolence and government adheres to and enriches the Marxist theory of governance. The course of the ruling of the Party shows that the great benevolent government has been fully displayed in the process of socialism with Chinese characteristics and has become a distinct feature of the ruling of the Communist Party of China.
