【摘要】：本文站在马克思主义哲学的视角，以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为理论基础和根本出发点，从科学发展观的辩证法精神实质、实践认识论反思及其历史唯物主义内容三个方面对科学发展观进行理解与反思，以探讨何谓发展、怎样的发展才是好发展、好的发展何以可能的问题。全文分为三个部分：第一部分，科学发展观的辩证法精神实质。科学发展观以马克思主义唯物辩证法为根本理论基础和方法论依据，其本身便是在批判反思传统发展理论和发展实践的基础上产生的,内蕴着丰富的辩证思想内容。站在马克思主义哲学的视角，从人的本质出发理解发展的辩证否定本性，在发展观与社会发展理论的逻辑关系中把握科学发展观的辩证批判精神，揭示其蕴含的丰富辩证思想内容，不仅有助于正确理解科学发展观的深刻思想内涵和精神实质,还有助于在落实科学发展观过程中对发展实践的指导和反思,具有重要的理论和实践意义。第二部分，科学发展观的践行及省思。站在全球化的视野和时代的高度，对人类探索世界的实践活动进行深刻的反思，对作为社会发展主体的人类自身进行重新定位，对当代中国社会高速发展下科学精神与人文精神的冲突与融合进行深入分析，以实现对科学发展观在认识论层面上的理解与省思。第三部分，科学发展观的历史唯物主义内容。科学发展观的思想内容，其理论广度和深度从原则上说，并没有超出唯物史观的理论视野和框架，一定程度上反而证明了唯物史观的堪称鞭辟入里的科学预见的理论魅力。这一部分深入探讨和研究了科学发展观的历史唯物主义内容，包括与时俱进的理论创新、实事求是的实践探索、以人为本的价值理念三个方面，这对正确的认识和理解科学发展观，，有效地指导中国特色社会主义现代化建设具有重大意义。
[Abstract]:This paper, from the perspective of Marxist philosophy, takes dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the theoretical basis and fundamental starting point, from the essence of dialectical spirit of scientific development view. Three aspects of practical epistemology reflection and historical materialism are made to understand and reflect on the concept of scientific development, in order to explore what is development, what kind of development is good development, and how good development is possible. The full text is divided into three parts:. The first part is the essence of the dialectical spirit of the scientific development view, which takes Marxist materialist dialectics as the fundamental theoretical basis and methodological basis. On the basis of criticizing and reflecting on the traditional development theory and development practice, it contains rich dialectical thought contents. From the perspective of Marxist philosophy, it understands the dialectical negation nature of development from the point of view of human nature. To grasp the dialectical critical spirit of the scientific development view in the logical relationship between the concept of development and the theory of social development, and to reveal its rich dialectical ideological contents, is not only helpful to correctly understand the profound ideological connotation and spiritual essence of the scientific development view. It is also helpful to the guidance and reflection of development practice in the process of carrying out the scientific development view, which has important theoretical and practical significance. The second part, the practice and thinking of the scientific development view. Standing in the perspective of globalization and the height of the times, we deeply reflect on the practical activities of human beings to explore the world, and reposition ourselves as the main body of social development. This paper makes a deep analysis of the conflict and fusion of the scientific spirit and the humanistic spirit under the rapid development of the contemporary Chinese society in order to realize the understanding and reflection on the epistemological level of the scientific development view. The third part, the historical materialism content of the scientific development view, the ideological content of the scientific development view, its theoretical breadth and depth, in principle, does not exceed the theoretical field of view and frame of historical materialism. On the contrary, to some extent, it proves the theoretical charm of scientific foresight, which can be regarded as an inescapable view of historical materialism. This part deeply discusses and studies the content of historical materialism of the scientific development view, including the theoretical innovation of keeping pace with the times. The practical exploration of seeking truth from facts and the value concept of people-oriented are of great significance to the correct understanding and understanding of the scientific concept of development and the effective guidance of socialist modernization construction with Chinese characteristics.
