【摘要】：马克思对分配正义的剖析和批判立足于个体与共同体的辩证关系之上,以权利、应得和需要为线索展现不同社会形态中分配正义的理论图景。以生产资料私有制为基础的"虚假共同体"凸显个体权利的首要地位,它造成了个体与共同体的分离和人的异化。以公有制为主体的共同体承认个体权利的合法地位,强调共同体在分配关系中的决定性作用。在废除私有制、人人平等的"真正共同体"中,个体与共同体的关系达到高度和谐,个体实现平等、自由和全面发展,分配正义才能被超越和扬弃。马克思的分配正义思想坚持历史分析方法和人民主体性立场,从而在与自由主义和共同体主义的对话中体现出理论高度和独特魅力。
[Abstract]:Marx's analysis and criticism of distributive justice were based on the dialectical relationship between individual and community, Due and need show the theoretical picture of distributive justice in different social forms. "false Community", based on private ownership of means of production, highlights the primacy of individual rights. It results in the separation of individual and community and the alienation of human beings. The Community, with public ownership as its main body, recognizes the legal status of individual rights, emphasizes the decisive role of the community in the distribution relationship, and abolishes private ownership. In the "real community" in which all people are equal, the relationship between the individual and the community has reached a high degree of harmony, and the individual has achieved equality, freedom and all-round development. Distribution justice can be transcended and abandoned. Marx's thought of distribution justice adheres to the historical analysis method and the people's position of subjectivity, thus reflecting the theoretical height and unique charm in the dialogue with liberalism and communitarianism.
