【摘要】：马克思主义的群众观是马克思唯物史观的核心，始终根植于人民群众是马克思主义充满生机，不可战胜的根本原因所在。中国共产党在马克思主义群众观的指导下，从中国革命的具体实际出发，在实践中形成了中国共产党人民群众观，并在领导中国建设、改革的过程中不断丰富、充实人民群众观的理论内涵，，不断促进人民群众观的落实。当前，面对我国发展中的新问题、新情况，中国共产党与人民群众之间的关系有了新的变化，广大人民群众在经济、政治、文化和社会建设等各个方面的利益需求也在不断地扩大化、复杂化。如何在新的历史时期继续以人民群众观为指导，协调好人民群众各方面的利益，维护好、实现好最广大人民群众的根本利益，密切党群关系，对党是一个严肃的考验。本文通过对中国共产党人民群众观的理论研究，深入总结了中国共产党在实践人民群众观中形成的经验，结合目前党群关系面临的新问题，对人民群众观的实践提出了尝试性的对策。具体讲来，本文分为五部分。第一部分主要讲述中国共产党人民群众观问题提出的背景及研究的意义，进行相关的文献综述及评价，阐述研究所采用的思路与方法。第二部分，对人民群众观中的“人民群众”、“人民群众观”的概念及中国共产党人民群众观的理论来源进行分析和总结，从总体上对人民群众观的相关理论知识进行阐述。第三部分，集中叙述中国共产党人民群众观的发展历程，对中国共产党人民群众观的内容进行全面分析。第四部分，针对中国特色社会主义新时期中国共产党更好地实践人民群众观这一历史课题，结合当前中国特色社会主义事业发展的现状和存在的矛盾，以党在十六届三中全会提出的“为民、务实、清廉”为指导，从党的建设、经济、政治、文化和生态等方面着手，对中国共产党人民群众观的实践路径进行针对性、尝试性的探析。第五部分为论文的结语，是对所研究的问题做系统而简要的总结。
[Abstract]:The Marxist mass view is the core of Marx's historical materialism, and always rooted in the masses of the people is the fundamental reason why Marxism is full of vitality and invincibility. Proceeding from the concrete reality of the Chinese revolution, the Communist Party of China has formed a mass view of the people in practice, and has enriched and enriched the theoretical connotation of the people's view in the process of leading China's construction and reform. At present, in the face of new problems and new situations in China's development, the relationship between the CPC and the masses of the people has undergone new changes, and the broad masses of the people are in the economic and political fields. The interests of various fields, such as cultural and social construction, are also being continuously expanded and complicated. How to continue to take the view of the masses as the guide in the new historical period, to coordinate the interests of all aspects of the masses, and to safeguard them well, The realization of the fundamental interests of the broadest masses of the people and close relations between the Party and the masses is a serious test for the Party. Based on the theoretical study of the people's view of the Communist Party of China, this paper sums up the experience of the Communist Party of China in the practice of the people's view, and combines with the new problems facing the relationship between the Party and the masses at present. This article is divided into five parts. The first part mainly describes the background and significance of the research on the people's view of the Communist Party of China, carries on the related literature review and the appraisal. The second part analyzes and summarizes the concepts of "people", "people's mass" and the theoretical sources of the people's view of the Communist Party of China. The third part focuses on the development of the people's view of the Communist Party of China, and analyzes the content of the people's view of the Communist Party of China in an all-round way. Part 4th, In view of the historical task of the Communist Party of China in the new period of socialism with Chinese characteristics to better practice the view of the masses, and in the light of the current situation and contradictions in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, Under the guidance of the third Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee on "serving the people, being pragmatic and incorruptible," and starting from the aspects of party building, economy, politics, culture and ecology, this paper aims at the practical path of the mass view of the Chinese Communist Party. Part 5th is the conclusion of the thesis, which is a systematic and brief summary of the problems studied.
