马克思主义社会与国家关系理论及其启示

【摘要】：马克思恩格斯的社会观、国家观和社会与国家关系的理论都是在人的解放和发展这个主题下的核心内容和理论逻辑中的重要环节。唯物史观把社会历史归结为人的发展史,马克思恩格斯所说的国家、社会是人的国家、人的社会,国家与社会的关系是人的状况的反映。国家的特征和存亡都与经济社会发展水平相联系,资产阶级国家异化为寄生赘瘤,必将被取代;过渡时期的国家无产阶级专政应尽力消除旧的国家政权的弊害,成为真正民主的国家政权;国家终将随着社会发展而消亡,让社会权利回归社会,让社会成为自由人联合体,让每个人都成为自由全面发展的人。这些思想理论对于我国现代化进程中新型国家和新型社会的构建具有指导意义。我们应当坚持唯物史观的方法和以人为本、以社会为先的原则,积极推进国家权力的社会化和社会的民主化、法治化。
[Abstract]:Marx and Engels' view of society, the view of state and the theory of the relationship between society and state are the core contents and important links of the theoretical logic under the theme of human liberation and development. Historical materialism ascribes social history to the history of human development. Marx and Engels said that the state, the society, the relationship between the state and the society are the reflection of the human condition. The characteristics, survival and death of the country are all related to the level of economic and social development. The alienation of the bourgeois state into a parasitic tumor is bound to be replaced; the state dictatorship of the proletariat in the transitional period should do its utmost to eliminate the disadvantages of the old state regime and become a truly democratic state power; and the state will eventually die out with the development of society. Let social rights return to society, let society become a free association, These thoughts and theories are of guiding significance to the construction of a new country and a new society in the process of modernization of our country. We should adhere to the method of historical materialism and put people first. On the principle of society first, we should actively promote the socialization of state power, the democratization of society and the rule of law.
