邓小平培育多元社会建设主体的理论与实践研究

【摘要】：社会建设是建设有中国特色社会主义伟大事业的重要内容之一。人作为社会建设的主体,在社会建设中发挥着组织、创造的作用。改革开放后,以邓小平同志为领导核心的党的领导集体,在思想上,运用马克思主义的社会建设主体思想和中国传统的社会建设主体思想,并通过借鉴国外的社会建设经验模式,对培育社会建设主体的基本原则、功能目标、程序意识和素质要求提出了总体的要求。在组织实践方面,邓小平以“一切依靠群众,一切为了群众”作为思想路线,本着“实事求是”、“三个有利于”、“公平正义”的实践原则,通过发挥党在社会建设中的组织领导作用,加强政府的服务角色,培育公民道德意识、法律意识和风险意识,充分发挥民主党派、工商联、社会团体的作用,不断拓宽社会建设的组织渠道,形成了推进社会建设的整体合力。从而从整体上提高了社会建设的活力,开创了中国特色社会主义社会建设得新局面。同时,邓小平培育多元社会建设主体思想对我国当前社会建设也有着重要的现实启示。首先在理论方面,邓小平继承了马克思、恩格斯、列宁和毛泽东的社会建设主体思想,丰富和发展了马克思主义的“群众史”观；立足于传统文化,批判地继承了中国传统的社会建设主体思想；通过借鉴国外经验,丰富了培育社会建设主体的经验模式。其次在实践方面,通过多元社会建设主体参与社会公共事务,有利于改善政府与社会的关系；通过塑造当代人与其相适应的社会建设思路,有利于促进进人与社会的全面发展；通过发展社会建设多元治理,将各主体伸展到社会建设的每个部门,有利于促进社会的全面和谐发展。因此,认真学习邓小平培育多元社会建设主体思想对我们有着重要的理论意义和实践意义。
[Abstract]:Social construction is one of the important contents of the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The collective leadership of the Party, with Comrade Deng Xiaoping as the core of leadership, applies the Marxist ideology of the main body of social construction and the Chinese traditional thought of the main body of social construction, and draws lessons from the experience of foreign countries in the construction of society. The basic principles, functional objectives, procedural consciousness and quality requirements of cultivating the main body of social construction are put forward as a whole. In organizational practice, Deng Xiaoping takes "all depending on the masses, all for the masses" as his ideological line. Based on the practical principles of "seeking truth from facts", "three benefits" and "fairness and justice", through giving full play to the leading role of the Party in social construction, strengthening the government's service role, cultivating citizen's moral consciousness, legal consciousness and risk consciousness, To give full play to the role of democratic parties, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, and social organizations, to continuously broaden the organizational channels for social construction, and to form an overall resultant force in promoting social construction, thus enhancing the vitality of social construction as a whole. It has opened up a new situation for building a socialist society with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, Deng Xiaoping's cultivation of the main body of pluralistic social construction also has important practical implications for the current social construction of our country. First of all, in theoretical terms, Deng Xiaoping inherits Marx, Engels, Lenin and Mao Zedong's thoughts on the subject of social construction. It enriches and develops the Marxist view of "mass history", inherits critically the traditional Chinese social construction subject thought based on traditional culture, and draws lessons from foreign experience. It enriches the experience mode of cultivating the main body of social construction. Secondly, in practice, it is helpful to improve the relationship between the government and the society by participating in the social public affairs through the pluralistic subjects of social construction. It is beneficial to promote the all-round development of the people and society by shaping the social construction ideas of the contemporary people, and by developing the pluralistic governance of the social construction, the main bodies will be extended to every department of the social construction. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance for us to seriously study Deng Xiaoping's cultivation of pluralistic social construction subject.
