【摘要】：中国特色社会主义道路就是以实现富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义现代化国家为根本目标,而“科学发展观”则是中国特色社会主义道路继续持久繁荣、稳定发展的必然选择。对中国特色社会主义道路之“科学发展观”问题进行解读,对于更加坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义道路、绝不走“老路”、更不能走“邪路”,意义重大。本文立足于中国特色社会主义事业的建设环境与“一面旗帜、一条道路、一个理论体系”的内在要求,对“科学发展观”进行了全新的解读,它不单纯的等同于科学发展观的理论内涵,而是在中国特色社会主义道路的长期发展中不断积淀而成,是中国特色社会主义事业建设各个时期发展观的集中凝练与不断深化,它经历了酝酿、探索、形成与发展四个阶段,有着丰富的理论依据与现实基础,不仅是对马克思主义的基本原理的成功运用与继承,而且体现了马克思主义中国化理论在发展观上的一脉相承与不断发展创新,其中重视生产力的提高、以人民利益为重、坚持建设发展的全面性与协调性等都是“科学发展观”的主要内容；与此同时,中国特色社会主义道路视域下“科学发展观”的选择与确定,也是批判式的汲取西方资本主义国家发展之路上的经验与教训,并对西方发展理论的合理成分进行了有效借鉴。因而,明确“科学发展观”对中国特色社会主义道路的内在需求,解读中国特色社会主义道路与“科学发展观”的关系,牢牢把握以人为本、可持续发展和统筹兼顾的重要原则,为坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义道路,提供理论支持与现实指导。
[Abstract]:The road of socialism with Chinese characteristics is aimed at realizing a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modern country, while the "scientific development view" is that the socialist road with Chinese characteristics continues to prosper. It is of great significance for us to unswervingly follow the socialist road with Chinese characteristics, never to follow the old road and not to follow the evil road, to interpret the issue of "scientific development view" of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics. Based on the construction environment of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the inherent requirements of "a banner, a road and a theoretical system", this paper makes a new interpretation of "scientific development view". It is not simply equivalent to the theoretical connotation of the scientific development view, but is accumulated in the long-term development of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics. It is the concentrated and condensed view of development in every period of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It has experienced four stages of gestation, exploration, formation and development. It has rich theoretical basis and realistic foundation, not only the successful application and inheritance of the basic principles of Marxism. Moreover, it reflects the continuous development and innovation of Marxist Sinicization theory in the view of development, in which emphasis is placed on the improvement of productive forces and on the interests of the people. Insisting on the comprehensiveness and coordination of construction and development is the main content of the "Scientific Development View", at the same time, the choice and determination of the "Scientific Development View" under the socialist road with Chinese characteristics. It is also a critical way to learn from the experience and lessons of the development of western capitalist countries, and to effectively draw lessons from the rational elements of the western development theory. It is clear that the "scientific development view" has an inherent demand for the socialist road with Chinese characteristics, interprets the relationship between the socialist road with Chinese characteristics and "the scientific development view", and firmly grasps the important principles of people-oriented, sustainable development and overall consideration. To unswervingly follow the socialist road with Chinese characteristics, provide theoretical support and practical guidance.
