【摘要】：民生问题不仅是经济问题、社会问题，更是一个重要的政治问题。在党的十七大、十八大政治报告中，胡锦涛总书记明确强调了民生建设的重要性。毛泽东作为伟大的马克思主义者在领导中国革命和社会主义建设的实践中始终践行“全心全意为人民服务”的宗旨，心系人民群众，提出了许多关注人民生存状况、改善人民生活的思想。抗日战争时期是毛泽东思想的成熟期，深入研究这一时期毛泽东的民生思想有利于我们全面而准确地理解毛泽东思想，，有利于丰富和发展马克思主义民生思想，有利于有中国特色社会主义民生思想的形成和深化，同时为促进我国以民生为重点的社会建设提供理论指导。本文以抗日战争时期毛泽东的民生思想为研究对象，运用文献参考法、史论相结合等方法，试图从抗日战争时期毛泽东民生思想的形成条件、主要内容、理论价值及当代启示三个方面对这一时期毛泽东的民生思想的内涵进行深入地探讨。希望通过对本课题的研究，能够对这一时期毛泽东的民生思想有一个系统的了解和深刻的认识。本文的具体逻辑结构如下：第一章主要从宏观层面论述了抗日战争时期毛泽东民生思想的形成条件：中国古代的民本思想和近代资产阶级革命派的民生思想是毛泽东民生思想形成的文化底蕴；马克思主义民生思想是毛泽东民生思想形成的理论基础；中国革命的实践活动是毛泽东民生思想形成的实践基础。第二章是本文的主体部分，主要从三个方面阐述了抗日战争时期毛泽东民生思想的主要内容：第一节深刻剖析了这一时期毛泽东对于民生问题的认识即解决民生问题是改善人民生活、取得抗战胜利的需要；第二节总结了毛泽东解决民生问题的思路即全心全意为人民服务是解决民生问题的基本理念、对人民负责是解决民生问题的最高准则、人民是解决民生问题的主体力量、发展经济是解决民生问题的前提条件和物质基础以及军民兼顾是解决民生问题的重要原则；第三节从经济、教育、医疗等方面详细阐述了毛泽东解决民生问题的具体措施。第三章是本文的着眼点和落脚点，归纳了抗日战争时期毛泽东民生思想的理论价值和当代启示。在理论价值方面，它丰富和发展了马克思主义民生思想，为我国民生建设理论的形成奠定了思想基础；在当代启示方面，我们要借鉴毛泽东在抗日战争时期解决民生问题的思路与方法解决我国当代的民生问题，必须高度重视民生问题，必须用发展的手段解决民生问题，必须加强制度建设，构筑民生的安全网。
[Abstract]:People's livelihood is not only an economic problem, a social problem, but also an important political issue.In the party's 17 th National Congress and 18 Party Congress political reports, General Secretary Hu Jintao clearly stressed the importance of people's livelihood.Mao Zedong, as a great Marxist in the practice of leading the Chinese revolution and socialist construction, has always carried out the purpose of "serving the people wholeheartedly" and has put forward many concerns about the living conditions of the people.The idea of improving the people's lives.The period of the War of Resistance against Japan was the mature period of Mao Zedong's thought. It is helpful for us to have a comprehensive and accurate understanding of Mao Zedong's thought and to enrich and develop Marxist thought on people's livelihood.It is beneficial to the formation and deepening of the thought of the people's livelihood with Chinese characteristics and provides theoretical guidance for promoting the social construction with the emphasis on the people's livelihood in our country.This article takes Mao Zedong's thought of people's livelihood during the War of Resistance against Japan as the research object, uses the method of literature reference and the combination of historical theory and so on, attempts to form the condition and the main content of the thought of the people's livelihood of Mao Zedong during the War of Resistance against Japan.The connotation of Mao Zedong's thought of people's livelihood in this period is deeply discussed from three aspects of theoretical value and contemporary enlightenment.Through the study of this subject, we hope to have a systematic understanding and deep understanding of Mao Zedong's thought of people's livelihood in this period.The logical structure of this paper is as follows:The first chapter mainly discusses the forming conditions of Mao Zedong's people's livelihood thought during the War of Resistance against Japan from the macro level: the people oriented thought in ancient China and the people's livelihood thought of bourgeois revolutionaries in modern times are the cultural background of the formation of Mao Zedong's people's livelihood thought;Marxist thought of people's livelihood is the theoretical basis of Mao Zedong's thought of people's livelihood, and the practical activities of Chinese revolution are the practical basis of the formation of Mao Zedong's thought of people's livelihood.The second chapter is the main part of this paper.This paper mainly expounds the main contents of Mao Zedong's livelihood thought during the War of Resistance against Japan from three aspects: the first section deeply analyzes the understanding of the livelihood of the people during this period, that is, to solve the livelihood problem is to improve the people's life.The second section summarizes Mao Zedong's thinking of solving people's livelihood problems, that is, serving the people wholeheartedly is the basic concept of solving people's livelihood problems, and being responsible to the people is the highest standard for solving people's livelihood problems.The people are the main force in solving people's livelihood problems, and the development of the economy is the prerequisite and material basis for solving people's livelihood problems, and the consideration of the army and the people is an important principle to solve the livelihood problems. Section III, from the perspective of economy and education,Medical treatment and other aspects elaborated Mao Zedong's specific measures to solve livelihood problems.The third chapter is the starting point of this paper, summed up the anti-Japanese War period Mao Zedong's thought of people's livelihood theoretical value and contemporary enlightenment.In terms of theoretical value, it enriches and develops Marxist thought on people's livelihood, which lays an ideological foundation for the formation of the theory of livelihood construction in China.We must learn from Mao Zedong's ideas and methods of solving people's livelihood problems during the War of Resistance against Japan, we must attach great importance to people's livelihood issues, we must solve them by means of development, and we must strengthen the construction of systems.To build a safety net for the people's livelihood.
